It called Remember me. Tick it. There may be also a problem if your security is set to a high level to not allow cookies.
It's all set up fine as far as I can tell. Jeff's on the money most likely - tick 'remember me' which allows login data to be retained locally and stops timing out. If that doesn't sort it, then it's 'user end' I'm afraid, and It's rather difficult to determine where the issue might lie in that case.
