Found this amongst my late mother's papers - I think it is written to my Grandmothers brother or perhaps her father (both named Charles) The places mentioned are in the area of Melton Mowbray near Leicester. I think the references to Bugerlay refer to a training camp (Burliegh?) Noel

I have a few letters from my Dad too, but they don't give any indication of where they're from. He was at sea somewhere. I wouldn't part with them.
