Hi Everyone, I am researching a Leslie HOGAN who is on the Hawarden WW2 War Memorial, with no clue at all, but I did look at the CWGC and Forces Records and found this man, but he married a girl from Lancaster, which I know can happen if they met when he was training etc. It seems they married in the September quarter of 1943 and he died on the 29th of the same month. I need to find the connection between Hawarden and Lancaster. CWGC Pilot Officer (Navigator) HOGAN, LESLIE Service Number 158337 Died 29/09/1943 Aged 22 105 Sqdn. Aah! That's why I couldn't find Frederick HOGAN in in the 1939 Register! Thank you Harkness, I didn't know Frederick had another Christian name. Grateful for all the information. Kindest regards, Mavis
