Yes, captioned as Coehoornsingel Ubbo Emmiusstraat, Groningen, Apr 45. Several photos exist: Most photos above from beeldbankgroningen.nl. Example: Groningen : Ubbo Emmiusstraat : kapotgeschoten Canadese Kangaroo tank op hoek Coehoornsingel : verwoestingen
Source: militaryimages.net which has quite a few Ram Kangaroo pics, including the following which might be EILEEN?
EIGHTH ARMY : ADVANCE BEYOND BUDRIO Object description Original wartime caption: A Sherman Kangaroo A.P.C. tank passes into Budrio. Although the caption card "does" say "Honey" curiously/wrongly. Edit - kangaroos | WW2Talk
Caption writers do get things wrong. At a glance maybe it appeared to be a turretless Stuart? I found a mislabeled 3" M10 photo on the Canadian archive website. Amazingly - to me - I was able to get it corrected.
For the action see (crossing of the Herebrug by the Essex Scottish 14 April 1945): Tour of Northeast Holland
Found another one I think. This looks like FLOSSY. I think it is an early Ram that belongs to 49th Personnel Carrier Regiment. Can anyone confirm either way. Cheers Kevin
