    From Birkeland, Norway. My girlfriend and I were sleeping in a shelter near a lake and the scenery was beautiful. Cold as hell though!

    First one is Venice, the second two are both in Rome.

    Ron, the bridge shot is Rome shows the dome of St. Peter's at Vatican City in the background.

    One of my daughters was round at my place yesterday and brought with a memory stick which held some of her family holiday snaps.

    This one in particular captivated me..... the re-incarnation of a Turner painting?

    The scene was near the Lagoon in Venice, very late at night and at the start of a firework show that ended a religious festival.

    I think it's a cracker, or is it just me ?
