    Help needed to build a picture of Pte Leslie Hammond, 4078472, King’s Own Royal Regiment who was killed on <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:date Month="11" Day="27" Year="1944">27 Nov 1944</st1:date>. I would be grateful for any information on this soldier or unit on the day he died.
