    Hello everybody can i introduce you to a cracking web site that i have helped out in a small way the chap who as made it as really done a brilliant job his name is Kevin Johnstone or Spike, and he is a fellow Carlisle fan who lives in Carlisle and i had the pleasure in meeting him when we were down at Wembley and what a really nice chap he is too so i thought i would promote the web sites just for the sheer hard work and effort Spike as done to make this web site , i hope you like it but i thought it was brilliant.If anyone could help much appreciated

    Hello everybody here is Spike's new project the 7th Border regiment war grave project if any one could assist Spike would be very grateful cheers.Spike is just getting this one started he still has a lot to do with this one.

    I know this memorial well, its in my home town and I've marched past on quite a few rememberence days. Its a very impressive memorial for what was at the time a smallish town.

    There are other less well known memorials in the town, Kirbie Kendal School, K shoes and there was/is one at Gilkess or was it the old Snuff factory?

    I've not had chance to take a look at Spike's database for the 7/Borders but here is one from my local war memorial with a little extra info.

    sites. Many thanks CL1 for the pictures from Islington and Jonathan Ball for the pictures regarding Joseph Millers gravestone
