Hello, I am a new member. I am following research on my dad who was a gunner in the 61st medium regiment Royal Artillery and served in the Normandy to Germany campaign, he was in the 244 battery. I had already acquired information from my dad before he passed on and some information online. However I am looking for a more detailed account of the places they went to and the action that took place.

Hello and welcome to the forum Jim. From the information you have posted, I gather you have your father's official service records, or did he just tell you the unit and where he served?
