I am looking for an image of the cover Infantry Training (Manual) Volume 2 1931 authored by Montgomery. I am giving a presentation on Montgomery and would like to show an image of this manual.

This one? I think the outer cover is just plain red - I can dig it out if you want

The hard-card-back version I've got is only titled on the spine so the title page may be the best bet. It's a good half-inch thick so it's possible there wasn't a softcover version with a printed cover.

Very possible as soft covers appear to be primarily a war time economy measure

In terms of training materials I don't think there was an economy change to covers, there seems to have been more a move in the late 30's continuing through the War away from training books to pamphlets with series like Small Arms Training, Military Training Pamphlets, Field Service Pocket Books, Signal Training and Infantry Training - rather than big chunky cover all books they were broken into smaller subjects - Small Arms Training that started as 5 books in 1924 & 1931 went to 17 pamphlets in 1937 (eventually reaching number 28 with additions like the Thompson, 6 Pounder and 4.2" mortar). The pre War books seem very variable between hard and soft cover but once into pamphlets they are obviously soft cover.
