It does look amazing! I suck at flying in IL-2 Sturmovik but will hopefully have my PC out here around then. Certainly worthy of getting!

My PC used to play the IL games okay now it just refuses - everything just freezes up when the games starts to run and selecting a menu of aircraft takes for ever anyone have any views on what might be wrong ?

not enough elbow room, perhaps? Is your hard drive more than 50% full?

Or maybe you've changed operating systems, upgraded?

Best thing to do is find your save game files and move ti somewhere safe then reinstall the game.....also defrag your hard drive that can make a big difference

Then buy a console for less than the price of a graphics card and give up with PC gaming....

Strange, the trailer shows how good the rendering is and now its silly stuff that we didnt used to care about that makes it look wrong... I'm on about the lack of "movement" in the planes. you know, jiggling and a buffeting...

"photo realistic terrain, thousands of villages, towns & cities, with ports, industrial areas and military bases faithfully recreated in perfect detail."

I'll wet my pants if I can fly over my old stomping
grounds on the Isle of Dogs and Millwall Docks!!

There's a few spots I'll also enjoy He-111ing to rubble!
