In most photos, Gen. George Patton is seen carrying a sidearm. I can think of at least four different ones.
    Anyone care to name them?

Close enough, Jeff, but with one correction. The Colt pocket pistol issued to Patton was the M1908 in cal. 380, one SN away from the pistol issued to Eisenhower.
I do not have a photo of Patton carrying a M1911/A1, but I don't doubt that one exists.

At least two revolvers have ivory grips (you're right, not pearl).

    Here are four:
Colt M1908 pistol with four stars on the stock
    Colt SAA revolver
Colt Detective Special revolver (with Gen. Alexander Patch)
Smith & Wesson .357 revolver in right holster (North Africa campaign)

I am trying to bet only, is it a magnetic demolition charge?

Edit: Having been curious I have "google result" for Magnetic Demolition Charge: Limpet Mark II
For more information see this website : The Box

Being ex recce/cavalry I have to say I love such toys! Used to teach "improvised demolition and booby traps preparation"...

    The rather peculiar, Rotatrailer.
Ammo in the box, and fuel in the wheels.
Not entirely successful from what I've read.
