This was with all of my grandfathers militaria that I have inherited. I believe it to be a non-military German armband. Is that correct? Not sure if a sub-forum would be more proper, but I couldn't determine one, so I posted here.
It is a sports shirt emblem, for the Heer if it is black and for the KM if it is dark blue. It also has a medical persons shoulder board emblem attached to it.
