Alec produced a second printing of his booklet late last year and Airborne Medic received a number of copies which were being sold with the profits going to the Para Afghan Trust and Arnhem Fellowship. Information about how to order was in the February 2013 Fellowship Newsletter. It's probably worth contacting him to see if he has any copies left.
