    My Uncle-in-law served with the 69th Canadian Tank Transporter Company R.C.A.S.C. in NW Europe. He would return home on Xmas day, 1945, on the Queen Elizabeth and keep his menu as a souvenir. Shown below is the menu for this dinner.
