HMS Victorious - aircraft carrier

    I saw this talk scheduled for November 25th at 12:30 and thought it might interest Forum naval enthusiasts who reside in the wider Bristol area.

    I called one of the committee and one of the speakers is giving an introductory session on the service life of this renowned naval ship, and three ex matelots who served at different time between 1960 to 1968 are describing their personal experiences and life aboard her in this period.
    I have studied this ship in some depth (I have Neil McCart's book on HMS Victorious as well) and hope that this talk, which I intend to get to from the Portsmouth area, will shine some personal light from those who served.
