And he is also doing his best to avoid the question of how those 2 facts did affect the outcome of the war (we all know its normal to divert thousands of trains, tens of thousands of soldiers to kill millions of civilians people, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of soldiers needed to fight the millions of people upset by your racial policy).
