Is anyone able to transcribe a section of an Army service record for me?

I am having trouble with identifying the parts in red. The last part of it looks like a date 28th May 42?

    Thanks Mike

Just in case you see a similar format in your records, the “28542” is most likely the date: 28th May 1942

WCCCS = Western Command Company Commanders School at Nantwich.
    RA = Ration Allowance.
CTBA = Ceased to be attached.

    p.s. That's a clearer copy!

Thanks Richard, I thought it might be Nantwich, it is located quite close to us. My guess is he was taught to drive there, a few months after this his rank changed to Dvr (driver)
Can you make out what the second line up says dated 9/5/42? Looks like "Stu or Ptu Leave"
and the bottom line "for R e A with effect from"

    Cheers Mike

I would go with that jonboy, it looks to be followed up with "Lower Rate Ration Allowance (R.A.)" Do you agree?

Thanks for your reply Lesley, I have only just read the footer details on your page.
I am tracing my fathers service and I have not yet got as far as active service, but after all this training he embarks for Scicily and Italy in July 1943, I think at that time he was with the RASC 78th company. Is this a bit co-incidental?

    Cheers Mike

    Please elucidate regarding this statement:
RASC 78th company. Is this a bit co-incidental?
    Is there another thread somewhere?

Allied invasion of Sicily - Wikipedia

Operation Husky order of battle - Wikipedia
Only RASC Coy mentioned: 346th Company RASC

Not having seen any real detail so far, its difficult to trace his movements any further.
Presume you see some logic in what you're doing.
Posting little bits and pieces, it will take an age when you get to the War Diaries.
