Help deciphering my Grandfather's Records

Hey all, some of you have probably seen a few of my posts, I finally got my grandfather's records, I did a simple search to start with, got them back in less than 30 days, 30 Pages, mostly his post war records when he was in R.E.M.E.

I'll attach the two records I think are of use for his actual service during the War, I think I finally know why he was with the Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire regiment since he's from Liverpool. Whilst doing my genealogy I found a Census record of them in Hertfordshire, I assume they moved down there due to the phony war, and I assume that's where he joined.

So here's the two records I think are of use, but they're hard to try and decipher, well for a novice like me, I'm tempted to request a full search to see if it throws up any more information.

The 2nd image appears to refers to an Andrew Doran, b. 21/4/1921, Service Number 5858356, who was in the RASC. NT TNA on name and number. Originally issued by the Suffolk Regiment (pre-early 1942).

There is a TNA record for an Andrew Doran, b. 21/4/1921, Service Number 22968318. From: https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C18942769 A number that was issued July 1951 until June 1955, with no regiment id'd..

Are they the same person?

 

I think so yeah, there's like 30 pages, this was the first cover of the file...

Attached is a transcript of his WW2 service (includes a very short summary of his post-WW2 service). It is thin transcript, based on the two WW2 record sheets and the text was often illegible. If you have any more WW2 record sheets you may be able to add to the timeline.
