Shouldn't worry about it much as his full records will show where and when etc - BUT - the 2nd Battalion was involved in Crete - then Tobruk before your father joined them in Africa thus getting him the Africa Star - then they were posted to Burma in time for the last big push and were involved with the Chindits at the time he was again wounded…. it will all come out in the records...

about as well as I can expect to be but hopefully will be much better when my daughter arrives from London for ten days at Christmas and to that end I have ordered the cleaning lady in for the day

before she arrives to polish even the light bulbs...

yes she will be here on the 21st for ten days with Christmas dinner with her brothers and family in and overnight in Vancouver then back here for her birthday before heading back on the 31st - goes by too fast
