    Hi all

I am the granddaughter looking up my gandfathers military history. He served in the RASC 147 Coy (Bridge) and was Sgt Reginald F Hughes.

He was awarded the Military Medal (which we have) and have obtained his citation from the national archives. He was stationed at Zuid Beveland, Holland. We believe he was in Operation "Vitality" Battle of the Schedlt. The only thing I cant seem to find is a photograph of him in his uniform! Sadly the one we did have was destroyed in a flood.

Probably a silly question but did anyone know of him or where I maybe able to get a picture of him? I do have a picture of his Unit and I think we might be able to tell which one he is out of the group but the pictures are grainy and there are no names given.

Any help, links or advice is most welcome :)

    Many thanks

    Sam
