In 1934, Baulig (Germany) develops its Land-Wasser-Auto and successfully completed a crossing of the handle of Calais to Dover in 1935.
Nice looking site mate, I shall check that out properly later. Wheatcroft's got a few of the military prototypes hasn't he? If I remember right they actually built a lot more than I'd thought.

Those military Trippels are rare in preserved condition, and Mr Wheatcroft does have a few.. just down the road.
