Found this online seems to fit the bill. No pictures of it though.
The gun on the cover is a 25 pounder.
    Anti-Tank used a one-piece shell/cartridge.
The 25 pounder as shown on the cover has a shell with a separate cartridge.
The man on the right of the picture is the rammer who rams the shell into place before the loader places the cartridge.

Gunners of the 61st a record of the 61st Field Regiment, R.A. (later the 61st Super Heavy Regiment, R.A.) during the defeat of the German forces in N.W. Europe, 1944-1945

No, the Medium regiments had large field artillery pieces.

Not actually 25 pounders but I think the larger 5.5" guns.

61 (Caernarvon & Denbigh Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) - The Royal Artillery 1939-45

Part of the 51st Highland Division (HD)

No, looking at the cover, it is about the 61st Field Regiment RA TA part of the 59th Infantry Division
1st Staffordshire Artillery Volunteers - Wikipedia
    (Became 61st Field Regt)

    The 59th Division:

Hope I have helped to clarify the enquiries.
