An interesting list, especially as it continued to April 1947. On checking it appears the Post Office were catching up, hence the list going into 1947. Unaware of the one Post Office ship HMTS Alert being sunk by a German mini-submarine on 24/2/1945, the ship being a cable-layer in the Channel, with all fifty-nine crew lost.
