Getting desperate for a few specific books....

Can anyone recommend a 'book hunter' to end my anguish?

I'm after the following:

That bloke Drew on WW2 talk seems to be able to find most things and he has unlimited funds when his girlfriend's out !:p

 

Indeed Rich but I'm on rations now.

I'm surprised we appear to have no one who uses a certain bookseller to do the hunting for them for the more harder to find books.

Oh well the search continues.......

I guess you have tried Paul Meekins? He isnt a book hunter but he has a vast catalogue and is very helpfull if you can get him on the phone

Cheers all, I've tried all them already.

Token Publishing said they are not running a 2nd edition.

The Military Medal publishers (Bayonet) don't appear to exsist anymore.

Savannagh said last year that they may run a 2nd Edition. I emailed them last week for an update-No reply to date.

There is a DFC book on Abe but its in the USA and £100 more than what it cost new, if it was in the UK I'd probably buy it at that price.

I just rang them and they confirmed they have one for ref puposes but can't sell that one (I'm thinking Burglary) and they can't find the one advertised on the web. They'll confirm tomorrow if they actually have this book in stock for sale.........It makes you want to weep

Just had an email from Liverpool Medals - They don't have and can't obtain a copy of this book
