O.K. These are VERY NICE !!

I've only seen 2 pairs of these before and no where nearly as nice.
In fact I had heard of the Rundstedt scopes before, a few yaers ago actually.
Now, this fellow has them up for sale on E-bay.

He has a reserve price on them , high amount I'm sure.
I just posted here to see if any collectors in this field optics
knows the value of what these are worth?

Anyway, please have a look, and check out the great old WW2 photo
he has of the scopes actually being used !!

here is the E-bay item number : 6599339419
just copy and paste that in the search window box at the E-bay site.

Hello 2bright4u2c, err, sorry, HideNSeek, thank you for telling us about this amazing historical find, clearly worth over $40'000. images/smilies/default/ohmy.gif Unfortunately, personally speaking, I had three of these and swapped them last week for a pair of Holy Grails and Hitler's left nut. Mine were signed by all the Chiefs of Staff and Adolph's lobotomist - the optics that is, not his nut, which would be silly.

I think you should mortgage your house and sell all your worldly goods before the Smithsonian gets a bit in. ;) Just think how great owning them will look on your CV, and any time you want you can tell how far away that tree across the street is!

I only wish I could afford them old son. :( Tell you what, if they're too rich for you, come back and I'll see if I still have Göring's baton, procured personally by my very own father from the Reichstag Baton Depository in Berlin.
