I'm not quite sure if this is the right place but: There are 25 personal albums belonging to German soldiers, sailors and airmen at reibert.info/gallery/v/foto_album/. The forum, riebert.info/forum, has over 200 pages of members' collections (under the heading "Albums"), some of which are non-military. There's several hundred photos of captured armor (mostly Russian). It has to be seen to be believed (though, many of you may have already seen it). I've seen thousands of Eastern Front photos, but the majority of these I have never seen before (for what that's worth). I thought we might put together a collection of such personal war albums. Really interesting! thanks for posting the link. Quite a few from 1940 France/ Belgium! Not being a reader of Russian,can you tell me if any of them are from 18 Div, 54th IR or perhaps any from the 31st Div? Looking for pictures of the fighting around Ypres May 1940! thanks Iain
Sorry, not Russian. Really glad you like them, though. You MUST look at reibert.info/forum, another Russian site. If you don't have a translation feature: at the top of the page there is a green bar with white names. Click on the 3rd name from the left. There are 200 + 'albums' there; the albums are collections of photos uploaded by members, many with 100s of pics. It's mind blowing. If you need help, just let me know. K

Even if you don't read Russian, the links below will guide you to the Lexikon der Wehrmacht or feldgrau for further info on the units involved. (a little help: дивизия = Division, полк = Regiment, корпус = Korps)
