It is a short (four-page) report titled "German Technical Intelligence Want List for Allied Equipment." That is sort of fascinating. Most of the 'wants' sound like Kummersdorf & the WaPruf. wanting to investigate stuff more closely, but those with a required number make one wonder at 'special Operations' needs. Wonder what a 'Close Combat Pistol with Finned Ammo (not PIAT or Bazooks [sic])' is?
Rich Payne found a file of similiar sorts yesterday written in 1939/40-It was a shopping list by the French to GB asking for XYZ and GB saying what they could have and when they could expect to receive it. Some pieces they were told expect to receive in 1941 IIRC some of the kit they asked for was Scammel Tractors, Bofors and 4.7 In AA guns, Anti-Tank Rifles and ....
