I'm reading The Barbed Wire University by Midge Gillies at the moment. Just read about George Aspinall who had a folding Kodak2 camera with him during his time as a POW. I'd not heard of him before and as the photos of life of a FEPOW are so rare I thought other members who also didnt know about him would like to see them. I still find it unbelievable and disturbing what was inflicted on those poor men across there. The photos say it all! How can man do that to fellow human beings?
