Hi Kate, welcome to the forum Are you talking WW1 or WW2 regarding No.74 General Hospital. I have found this in relation to WW1 - No 74 General Hospital Trouville France. March 1918 - March 1919.

Hello Kate The American army 74th General Hospital was near Bristol, England in the second world war. It was in the grounds of a large Victorian mansion house called Tyntesfield, the National Trust now own it. I'm researching the hospital that was there only for a couple of years in WWII - and would love to know if you have any information about it. Thanks Chris
