MC, 1 down and 13 to go, thats 80p so far! I got some funny looks running into the newsagents in my PJ's and a puffa jacket Cheers Andy
:thankyousign:Brilliant. Thank you so very much. At 3oC, it would be a tad chilly not to have your puffa on! Calls for a brandy, I would think!.
Failing that your computer should be able to play it through a multi media programme. Regards Tom Careful with that one. You can end up locking your PC in a set region if you use more than one region DVD frequently.
Careful with that one. You can end up locking your PC in a set region if you use more than one region DVD frequently. I've often thought of locking mine up out in the shed!
Good to see They Who Dare getting some circulation and recognition. Lewis Milestone set out to make it as accurate recreation of the SOE raid on Rhodes as he humanly could from the few survivors' recollections...and because of that it's a bit "odd" and slow in places; well, war wasn't MEANT to be entertaining! But its an early British COLOUR war film, and still in good condition it's quite beautiful to watch at in places.
Drew :innocent: Just noticed that some cheeky so & so has edited and added the words drivel to my congrats post. Like it!! By the way, I trust that Andrea does not wear a pink puffa jacket when she collects her Daily Mail.
Its a bit of a con this week.....You have to go to Tesco's or WH Smiths with a voucher to get the DVD!
In some ways... I'm worse . I don't think a single point of neg is excessive for so many references to the D***y M**l, no matter how altruistic the intentions .
Being from South Africa, where nothing is free unless you steal it, this makes me wonder how it works. I take it that free DVD's are passed out? Or are they coupon likethingys. Jeeps you guys are lucky.
