    Hi guys,

About 10 years ago my nan was sadly burgled, among the jewellery and trinkets that were stolen was my great uncles medals. When my nan reported the crime she failed to state the medals on the report. Sadly the medals were all unnamed so I will never be able to trace the originals but on the upside they are replaceable. I contacted the medal office recently and explained the situation but as the medals were not reported stolen the medal office were unwilling to issue replacements which is fair enough. My nan has now decided that she would like to replace the group but as a pensioner with little spare cash and me being a good lad I thought I would have a clear out of bits to raise some cash. This is for a good cause chaps, I'm not asking big prices and you could get a bargain. Below is a list of what's for sale and a picture though the iPad has a shite camera. MAKE AN OFFER, I might say yes.

    1) large cold cast bronze ww1 tank on wooden base, weighs about 3 kilos.
    2) large ww1? Photo of an Aussie soldier wearing 3 medal ribbons issued by the Shanghai Police Force.
    3) large rifles embroidery showing in scrolls all of the regiments that formed the rifles.
    4) 1914 copy of the princess Mary gift book, signed with a name Christmas 1914.
    5) original copy of the queens gift book for wounded servicemen ww1.
    6) copy of the first hundred thousand signed by a soldier of the 9th Devons.
    7) early 1920's German veterans pin.
    8) original V for victory telegram sent on VE Day, can't be a lot of these around.
    9) original certificate of thanks awarded to Donald Wolfitt the famous actor in 1945 for his performance on a troopship. Totally unique.
    10) selection of ww1 dated coins, Webley pistol round, top of wiltshire regiment swagger stick all found on arras battlefield by myself.
    11) 1915 dated German shell case engraved with bapaume and manchester regiment cap badge.
