"For King and Country"

    For those with a specific satellite TV system in the UK, you may have noted that there is a Norm Christie documentary series playing on PBS (ch 534) following the Canadians' exploits during the Second World War (made in 2004, I believe).

    It started last night and the first episode is being repeated a couple of times today (Thurs 30th April) - 1125am/415pm

    I have watched these docs on numerous occasions. All very good.

    The WW1 series was certainly very good, but would add the caveat that it grates a bit, when he constantly criticises the British. Currie was not the only good commander.
