Biggin Hill Heritage Hanger limited have made this somewhat pleasing announcement on Friendface:
    https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=841733992601009&id=189029544538127

"NEWS: We are pleased to announce that we have been commissioned in association with Avspecs in New Zealand, to restore a de Havilland Mosquito to airworthy condition to be based at Biggin Hill. More details to follow soon."

'The People's Mosquito' people have confirmed it's not theirs.
Is this possibly that chap who's building a stable of WW2 gear for flying experiences? Forgotten his name, but he seems to have been spending a lot of cash recently.

Whoever. Splendid news. Possibly even two local beasts eventually. Looking forward to seeing some company in the air for the Lanc and Blenheim.
