I'm trying to research T/257536 Driver Thomas Jack Buntin who died 11/4/43 and is buried at Sfax - his CWGC page gives his unit as RASC but with no further details on which Company (Scottish War Memorial and Ancestry are the same) - can anyone help identify his unit? hopefully that will help find the action he died in and maybe I can get War Diaries. Any other info is most welcome. Thanks in advance Alistair
Been checking and the grave next to Driver Buntin is to a Lieutenant Bilson, RE POstal Section who died the same day, would an RE postal unit have RASC drivers attached? Thanks Alistair
