    Hi,
does anybody know if a nominal roll is available for 799 (AD) Coy RASC? I am trying to trace the career of T/5350743 Dvr T A Goldstone RASC who served in 799 Coy during WW2 and wondered if he served at Arnhem, he later served with 799 in South East Asia 1945-46.

    any info appreicated,
    Cheers,
    Rick

    Hello Rick,

I don't suppose this will be of much use to you as it's a Roll of Honour not a Nominal Roll but that's all I could find :(

    All the best.............

    Hi,
I had some luck on another site, he enlisted around Jan/Feb 1942, from ancestory it could be Thomas Alfred Goldstone, Bn 6 Apr 1923, died March 2002 in Reading, Berkshire? No chance of applying for his papers so can anybody suggest any other avenues of research for his WW2 service?
    Cheers,
    Rick

Hi, just refreshing this enquirey, from another angle can anybody tell me where 799 AD Coy RASC were between the end of the Arnhem operation and August 1945? Did they support 6AB on the Rhine crossing or were they posted over to Burma?

any info or leads would be appreicated,
    Cheers,
    Rick
