    Gents,

I`ve been trying to find out more about the aforementioned Do 215 which was operating with Aufklärungsgruppe / Oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe (Aufkl.Gr./Ob.d.L.) in March 1941, in particular the circumstances surrounding a possible crash landing. The 12 o`clock High Forum shows a brief report as follows:

Do 215, WNr. 0082, piloted by Ltn. Dietrich Albrecht, of 2.(F), Aufkl.Gr.Ob.d.L.* on the 2nd of March 1941. Crew injured during crash landing due to engine damage possibly at Evreux (90%) F, B Ltn. Herbert Zoch, Bf Uffz. Hans Klausnitzer & Bs Gefr. Ernst Schneider.

Can anyone add any more to this, the aircraft`s code for instance, confirm that it did crash land at Evreux and what mission it had been on?

Anything you can add would be really appreciated.

    Regards,

    John
