Dear All, I am trying to locate any information regarding my Grandmother - Majory Preston Scarborough from Doncaster. I believe she was in the WAAFs between around 1939 - 1943 and believe it maybe a Disforth - she mentioned to my father once that she'd met the famous writer and engineer - Nevil Shute Norway at her base.
