It is said that the defenders of the a/m djebel on 5th/6th Jan 1943 were Fallschirmjagers......anyone got a better idea of which unit? I'd heard they were engineers...the attackers were A and B Companies of the 3rd Parachute Battalion...... Happy New Year also.....
