I have seen a video or two and read a few things. But i have never heard this guys named mentioned before. I have NO IDEA how to spell his name. It sounds like Air force Colonel Shruder Stranz. He starts in the below video at 16:20 Was this legit, or just a Myth, based on facts of the day.? They say he built a functioning prototype that disappeared. Thank You
