Corporal Harry Bankhead of the 156 Battalion Parachute Regiment, author of the book 'Salute To The Steadfast'. Harry was 96 and passed away on Remembrance Sunday. I used to tease him by saying when that Jerry ran you over in his armoured car in the Oosterbeek woods, what would you have said if a little voice had whispered... "Chin up Harry, old lad, you'll be laughing about this in seventy years time!" We often speak about keeping the memory of blokes like Harry alive... LEST WE FORGET
