Haven't had any connection probs but it is taking a while to post a message when I type it. Had some doubles ups today but the mods have been great! Ah well.

Anyone have any information why the site was down yesterday between 15.30 (ish) to 18.00 (ish) British time? Upgrades?

Yeah that was really annoying. I was trying to access it from work and began to get paranoid that they'd blocked access like they do with Youtube ETC...

I am not hosting the site on my servers any more however my other sites on my box are running slow, I get the feeling there is a wider network issue.

My users call me sometimes wondering why the "network is slow". I have to remind them that I only control what's inside the building and between us and whatever site they are trying to get to are a whole bunch of boxes that other people are the big dog over. I then ask them if they can get to our internal webservers and shares without difficulty. If so, then it ain't my problem.
