The trouble with customer complaints is that, if not handled correctly, they tend to blow up out of all proportion:

 

Only compliant complaints will be considered. Clinical complaints are considered non compliant and will not be considered.They should be communicated to our complimentary clinical complaints competency for their consideration if compliant. Clients are asked to comply with the complaints concordance. Thanking you for your consideration.
