Hi guys, I am intrigued to find out which British RM Commando Units were NOT involved with the NW Europe Campaign up until 18/8/1944......i was always told by my Great Uncle that he transfered out of the RM Commandos because he wasnt seeing any action, though wouldnt you think that Commandos were at that time fighting in Normandy?......i am in no way an expert on the RMCs so i would appreciate some help on this.... Donnie
