Hi, Can anyone help ID what type of Chevrolet Truck mentioned in my dads unit war diary 1944 near Avellino southern italy. . Looks like they were close to the 5th Army 7 either loaned them off the Americans to use for road /Tipper Coy use ..Please see scan attahed. Any help would be much appreciated. Derrick
I would guess it is one of these. Any GM truck larger than this would have been made by the GMC division and not Chevrolet Chevrolet G506 - Wikipedia
