    The church having closed, the window is now at New Central Methodist Church, Blackpool.

    According to the note by the memorial window, that's the correct Jack Sharp.

    The IWM war memorials site doesn't give a date for the unveiling of the window. Perhaps his daughter moved to Blackpool some time between her father dying and the creation of the window?
