I dunno where you got this data but some are 100% false.About 20 million russians died in ww2 and lots of them in stalingrad - 400 k are much too less.rather 1 million.

    150 000 civilians

According to official calculations of the West German Government in 1959, a total of 7.032,800 Germans lost their lives in the Second World War.Of these, it was estimated that about:

2 and a half million civilans perished in the ruins of German cities and in the refugee columns from the Eastern Front.

3 million German soldiers fell on the battlefields of Russla,France,Italy and North Africa.

1 million German soldiers were held in Soviet capivity.Of these only a small percentage returned to the German homeland by 1955/1956.

The Russian figures for the total dead are still subject to reassessment. In 1959,an reassessment based on cenus information put the total Soviet dead at between 25-30 million.

Immediately post war,the Soviet Government listed the following in a claim for £30.000 million reparations.

1700 towns and 70.000 villages destroyed.

    5 million houses destroyed

    82.000 schools and colleges destroyed

    98.000 collective farms destroyed

12 million Soviet soldiers and civilians dead.

    71 million farm animals destroyed

Soviet dead during the Battle for Berlin have been put recently at 78.291 and
    274.184 wounded.(Berlin.The Downfall. Anthony Beevor)
