Hi All, Made this earlier and thought I’d share it as I’m quite pleased with it. Total cost is less than £10. Ok so it’s not the actual badge that a family member wore during WW2, but it is (as far as I know) an original WW2 cap badge for the right regiment. Next up is to find out the medals awarded to family members, buy them and frame them like this. Cheers, Matt.
If they served ww2 then send death certificate to medal office, they will tell you what awarded if not issued then NoK can claim them Regards james
