Alan - it's the best copy I have. I will see if I can track down the book where this map comes from. Have to enquire a bit, so please have a little patience with me.
much appreciated, sorry to grumble I meant no offence and I am grateful for your help here thanks again
Alan - Here you are! Some sketches of the German dispositions from Mid-Feb till about 10 April 1945. They are taken from a Dutch study, written by Gen.Maj. (Retd.) D.A. van Hilten, on the German military measures during the years of occupation, entitled "van Capitulatie tot Capitulatie, 1940 - 1945", published in 1949. Maybe a bit outdated but still ... haven't seen these kind of maps before. Leger = Army
I had to dig deep ... they come from the Library of the Dutch Military Academy, which holds a copy of this long forgotten book in a dark dusty corner in the basement.
woah', that is really going some, have to admit it does sound very rare, can't find a copy anywhere online Will have to make some coffee and pore over the maps now
