I am involved in organising the Annual Seafayre festival in Amble, Northumberland, on the 2/3 July. This year's event is to be used to pay homage to the 60th anniversary of WWII. I am therefore looking for re-enactment groups, static displays of vehicles, Glen Miller type bands, to take part. This event has been running for 8 years and so has the basics covered such as camping provision, toilets, parking and water, (with possible provision of showers on site, although there are some public ones near to the venue). The venue is outdoors, and basically right on a beach, (although there are no dunes just a harbour). We raise funds to be able to offer expenses/costs and attracted around 10,000 people last year.
