Here is a little model I recently completed of a Morris CD Ambulance of GHQ 5 Motor Ambulance Convoy BEF June 1940.
It was inspired by photos in the 1940 Section.
The model is a little tricky to assemble and some modification is required.
The figure is from Dan Taylor's parade ground series and transfers from Peter Marshall, Aleran.

    Cheers,

    Neil

They keep coming, Neil. Top quality, as ever.:)

Well done for keeping the memory of these obscure units alive.

    Lovely model.

I'd like to see your next model on a French cobbled street .

    Lovely model.

I'd like to see your next model on a French cobbled street .

You've obviously never ridden over pavé on leaf springs (or worse, no springs).:)

Thanks, gents and Owen, I'm just finishing up a desert scene of a Karrier KT4 Spider with a 25 Pdr in action of the 4th Indian Div. When that is complete, I am doing a Guy Ant with MP converted 18 Pdr and Limber on a French Street (Cassel maybe?)

    Cheers,

    Neil

A scale model of Cassel during May 1940. Now that'd be something !:)

Cheers for heads up on Dan Taylor's figures, not seen them before.
    They do look good.

Now Rich, don't get carried away...it will be a scale model "in" Cassel...not "of" Cassel.....I'm not that ambitious.... ;-)

    cheers,

Right, Owen....they are quite good and actually Bull Models figures are very good also but the figure with the kit was a seated driver and they get lost in cabs so opted for the figure "at attention" instead.
